Ummm... YUMMMM!!!!!! I made a pasta last night that was definitely a multiple use recipe. I took a Pioneer Woman recipe and made a few changes so I could use what I had in the pantry and fridge. Here is what I did and it turned out SOOO GOOD!

Shrimp Penne

- 1 package penne pasta cooked
- 1 lb shrimp (mine was already cooked and peeled, you can do either raw or cooked)/ If you don't like   shrimp you can always saute some chicken (3 breasts)
- 2 TB olive oil
- 1 TB butter
- 1 yellow onion chopped
- 3 garlic cloves finely chopped
- one 15 oz Hunts Tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (or 1/2 and 1/2)
- 1/2 jar of Roasted Garlic Parmesan Ragu
- 1 TB Cayenne Pepper or to taste
- Garlic salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese to top it off after everything is cooked

 - Saute the onion and garlic in the 2 TB olive oil until
