Today's recipe is easy, easy, easy! It has been one of my staples for years and I make it all the time. I can always count on this one to be a crowd pleaser.

Seasoned Roasted Potatoes

- 7-9 Small Red potatoes
- 1 package Ranch Seasoning
- 4 TB extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Cut the Red potatoes in small cubes. Place on a greased cookie sheet. 
- sprinkle with EVOO and then pour the package of ranch all over. Use a spatula to mix it them all around where the seasoning is evenly distributed. 
- Bake at 400 Degrees until light brown and roasted. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
